The Co-leaders and Elders will try and help new players or people with questions in game, but YouTube and Google will give a lot of good ideas for attacking and defense too. Trying searching "TH# Trophy Base" where the # is your current Town Hall number, for example, to see some new base layouts if you find you are losing defenses all the time.

If you need specific help with base design or how to best attack/use your troops you can submit your questions to Halezor in game, or via email to: hale [d-o-t] nick [a-t] gmail.com (sorry for the garble, have to fool the spam bots).

If you have questions about attacking or defending, Halezor will answer you via e-mail and will post the question and answer here, but it will be anonymous. There is a good chance if you are wondering something, someone else it too.
